Care Funding Check provides general information about NHS Continuing Healthcare funding for educational purposes only. Nothing on this website is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. For advice on your own situation, please speak to a qualified solicitor or healthcare professional.
The care-needs tool
Our free care-needs tool gives an indicative guide only, based on what you tell it, and runs entirely in your browser — nothing you enter is sent to or stored by us. It is not the official NHS Checklist or assessment, it is not a funding decision, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Eligibility is decided by a multidisciplinary team looking at the whole picture, and you can request a full assessment whatever the tool suggests.
No guarantee of outcomes
We make no representation or warranty as to the outcome of any CHC application, assessment, or appeal. Each case is decided by the relevant NHS Integrated Care Board on its own facts.
Paid products, refunds and cancellation
We offer a paid Assessment Preparation Report priced at £24.99 (a one-off payment). It is indicative guidance to help you prepare for and discuss a CHC assessment — not legal, medical, or financial advice, not a decision on eligibility, and no guarantee of any funding outcome. Care Funding Check is not a law firm. Online purchase is not currently available. When online purchase is available, payment is handled by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.
The report is digital content supplied immediately. Where you ask for it to be supplied straight away, you accept that you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once delivery has begun. If a purchase fails to deliver, you are charged in error, or something otherwise goes wrong, email info@carefundingcheck.co.uk and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Care Funding Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text and design — is © Care Funding Check unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without prior written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
